Proven experience in lodge or hospitality operations management
Ability to develop and manage operational and project plans
Exceptional attention to detail across operations, reservations, inventory and service delivery
Effective delegation skills and the ability to empower and develop staff
Diploma in Hospitality Management (advantageous)
