- Solid financial literacy including revenue management, expense tracking and budgeting
- Experience with procurement processes, invoicing and reporting
- Computer literate with strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with reservations systems, POS and lodge communication platforms
- Proven experience in lodge or hospitality operations management
- Ability to develop and manage operational and project plans
- Exceptional attention to detail across operations, reservations, inventory and service delivery
- Effective delegation skills and the ability to empower and develop staff
- Diploma in Hospitality Management (advantageous)

- Valid PDP & Driver's Licence
- First Aid Level 1
- FGASA Level 1 (Level 2 advantageous)
- Snake Handling Certificate
- Valid PDP & Driver's Licence
- First Aid Level 1
