Relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management
/p
p
Previous 5-star lodge / luxury hospitality management experience
/p
p
Valid driver's licence
/p
p
Strong leadership, problem-solving and organisational skills
/p
p
Passion for guest satisfaction and staff development
/p
p
? Your role will include:
/p
p
Managing daily lodge operations across all departments
/p
p
Overseeing guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage and spa facilities
/p
p
Hosting and engaging with guests to deliver an exceptional experience
/p
p
Staff training, motivation and performance management
/p
p
Financial controls including budgets, cost management and reporting
/p
p
Ensuring maintenance and health & safety standards are upheld
/p
p
