Title: Management Accountant

Location: Weza Sawmill, Weza near Harding

Qualifications:

Minimum of a relevant tertiary qualification at NQF level 7 or higher (B Com Degree / Diploma in Financial Management)

Experience:

At least 3-5 years:

Management Accounting at the management accountant level. Demonstrated management ability in a result-driven industrial environment. Experience in managing employees in compliance with relevant employment legislation. Demonstrated ability to address financial issues in a high-budget business. Experience with cashflow and processing of Forex purchases would be advantageous Proficient in utilizing financial ERP systems

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of the Timber industry and related products would be advantageous. Sound business acumen Advanced levels of computer literacy, including proficiency in the complete MS Office suite. Strong influencing and persuasive skills. Exceptional English language proficiency for effective communication at all levels. Ability to prepare accurate reports and presentations and the self-confidence to communicate this work to various levels of the business. Ability to provide strategic support for projects. Mentoring ability.
