Management Accountant
Job Description
A reputable manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Management Accountant with strong analytical and financial reporting skills to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, providing strategic insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Implement and improve reporting systems and processes.
Develop and maintain financial dashboards and data visualizations using PowerBI.
Requirements:
CA / CIMA qualified or part-qualified.
5-7 years of relevant work experience in management accounting.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Experience with ERP software, SQL, and PowerBI reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
