Duties:Analyse financial performance, track deviations from budgets, forecasts, and historical trends, and provide in-depth insights to management.Identify financial trends and use data-driven insights to guide decision-making across the business.Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial projections to support strategic planning.Prepare detailed management reports to monitor financial performance and help drive business growth.Assess and monitor costs within the business, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budget constraints. Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications: BCom DegreePreference will be given to candidates with CIMA or equivalent management accounting qualifications. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a management accounting or financial analysis role, preferably within the distribution or FMCG industry.
