Job Description

Job Summary
Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, and monthly management reports to drive decision-making
Ensure accurate reconciliations, journals, and financial records aligned with best practices
Manage cash flow, oversee payments, and drive debtor performance
Support audit, tax, and compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions
Deliver detailed costing, margin analysis, and profitability reporting
Provide financial insights to both finance and commercial teams
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
What We're Looking For:
CA(SA), CIMA qualified, or completed SAICA articles
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or management accounting
Experience in international, export, or fast-moving environments is a strong advantage
Strong technical accounting skills, including budgeting, reporting, and reconciliations
Confident working on accounting software with advanced Excel capabilities
Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
CA(SA), completed SAICA Articles, or CIMA qualification
