Job Description
Pepkor Specialty is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our Finance team and play a key role in delivering accurate, insightful financial reporting to support decision-making across our support service departments. In this role, you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to provide clear analysis, guidance, and financial insights that drive performance. You will also lead the monthly and quarterly management reporting cycles, as well as the Budgeting and Three-Year Plan processes, ensuring high-quality consolidated outputs.
