Management Accountant

Job Description
We're looking for a sharp, driven Management Accountant to join a dynamic, growing business based in Stellenbosch. It's a role with real visibility; where you'll work closely with leadership, own the numbers, and help shape how the business performs.
If you're analytical, hands-on, and ready to make your mark, then this is the one to move quickly on.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Driving variance analysis, reporting, and management insights.
- Working closely with the operations and finance teams to support key decisions.
- Identifying system and process optimizations to improve efficiency.
- Contributing to month-end and management reporting.
- Getting involved in broader projects that add commercial value.
- CIMA or CA(SA) qualification (or busy completing).
- Around 1-2 years' experience in management accounting or a similar analytical role.
- Strong Excel and systems skills; and an interest in automation or process improvement.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to bring ideas forward.
- Open to candidates from any industry.
- Relocation to Stellenbosch welcome (at own cost).
