Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
- Strengthen internal controls and financial processes across regions
- Lead variance and performance analysis to guide decision-making
- Collaborate with operations teams to optimise systems and reporting
- CA(SA) or CIMA qualification essential
- Strong management accounting and analysis background
- Proven ability to improve systems, controls, and reporting processes
- Experience working across multi-branch or multi-country structures
- Advanced Excel and ERP skill
