Job Summary Overall Responsibility:
Support the development and maintenance of scalable financial processes within our growing organisation. This role include all standard management accoutn functions and will specifically focus on client-level management accounting, financial process optimisation, and contributing to the specification and design of a Policy Administration System. The position also includes establishing sound accounting and financial structures for our Indian business.

Key responsibilities:
Management Accounting
Monthly managment account for the company
Perform client-level management accounting, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and meaningful insights.
Monitor financial performance and highlight variances, trends, and risks.
Financial Process Tracking & Visibility
Strengthen and maintain stable financial processes across the business.
Ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and aligned with internal controls.
Improve transparency and documentation of processes.
Improve reporting to ensure stakeholders are infomed at all times
Policy Administration System (PAS) Development
Contribute to the specification requirements of a new Policy Admin System.
Focus specifically on General Ledger integration, policy movement detail, and financial reporting functionality.
Collaborate with operational and technical teams to ensure system features support future scalability.
International business Support
Set up proper accounting structures and financial processes for the Indian business
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and reporting requirements.
Establish consistent financial flows between local and international entities.
General Responsibilities
Support the Head of Operations /CFO with financial projects and operational initiatives.
Assist with financial controls, reconciliations, and process documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to support company growth.
Liaison with audits to support the completion of Annual Financial Statemetns

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree with Accounting as a major (essential).
Additional certifications (e.g., CMA, CA(SA) partially completed, or similar) are advantageous.
Experience of working in a professional environment, an example being Articles or supervised pratical experience towards certification
