Key Responsibilities

• Compile and present management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Manage month-end and quarter-end closing processes, ensuring reporting accuracy.
• Drive cost control initiatives and strengthen governance and compliance measures.
• Partner with senior leaders to deliver actionable financial insights.
• Guide and support a small finance team to achieve performance goals.

Job Experience & Skills Required

• Education: BCom in Accounting/Finance (NQF 7) required; CIMA (or studying towards CIMA) highly advantageous.
• Experience: Up to 5 years in management accounting or financial reporting.
• Skills: Strong technical and analytical acumen, advanced Excel, and proficiency in ERP/financial systems.
• Other: Excellent communicator with proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities.
