Management Accountant
Job Description
A leading player in the financial services industry is seeking a skilled and driven Management Accountant to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to supporting business performance, ensuring robust financial reporting, and driving strategic decision-making within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
As the Management Accountant, your duties include the following:
Prepare and analyse management accounts, budgets and forecasts
Deliver accurate financial reporting and variance analysis
Support executive decision-making with performance insights and trend analysis
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, governance, and internal controls
Partner with business units to drive efficiencies and profitability
Skills & Experience:
5-7 years of experience as a Management Accountant within financial services
Strong analytical, reporting, and budgeting experience with the ability to provide actionable insights
Qualification:
Completed Finance/Accounting degree
Completed SAIPA or CIMA articles
Registered with SAIPA or CIMA
