Job Description
My client is a leading property company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, dedicated to excellence in property management, development, and investment. Their portfolio includes some of the most prestigious properties in the region, and they pride themselves on delivering outstanding value to their stakeholders. The successful candidate will be highly analytical and strong with reporting.Duties:
- Reporting internal and external
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Financial modelling
- Financial analysis
- Variance analysis
- BCom Honours in Accounting minimum
- At least 4 years experience in a similar role
- Property industry experience is essential
