- Monthly Dashboard reporting
- Internal and external reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Compile board committee packs
- Financial Modelling
- Financial Analysis and variances
- BCom Accounting
- Completed SAICA / SAIPA articles is required
- Experience within the property or real estate industry is a prerequisite
- Advanced MS Excel experience is essential
