In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with maintaining and enhancing the financial health of the organization while contributing to strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.Duties:
- Monthly dashboard reporting
- Internal and external reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Compile Board committee packs
- Financial modelling
- Financial analysis and variances
- Newly qualified CA(SA)
- Experience in auditing property portfolios or real estate companies is a prerequisite
- Advanced MS Excel experience is essential
