- Responsible for posting monthly journals.
- Timely preparation of management accounts.
- Manage the budget and forecasting process.
- Timely preparation of balance sheet and income statement reconciliations.
- Analyse and provide commentary on monthly results.
- CA(SA)
- Minimum of 3 years experience within the Financial Services industry (including articles)
- 1 - 2 years post articles experience in a commercial environment
- Insurance accounting would be advantageous
- Financial and management accounting (IFRS)
- Knowledge of systems and controls, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
