Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and actuarial teams to align financial insights with operational activity.
Requirements:
BCom in Accounting, Finance, or related field (essential); CIMA or CA(SA) preferred.
Minimum 35 years' experience in a management accounting role within the insurance industry (non-negotiable).
Strong understanding of cost allocation, reporting, and regulatory requirements specific to insurance.
Proven ability to interpret financial data, communicate insights clearly, and support business strategy.
