Management Accountant
Job Description
Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and management reports
Ensure accurate reconciliations, journals, and financial records
Oversee cash flow, payments, and debtor management
Support audit, tax, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
Provide costing, margin analysis, and reporting
Deliver timely financial insights to both finance and commercial teams
Maintain and improve systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Skills & Experience:
CA(SA) / Completed SAICA articles / CIMA qualified
3+ years' experience in finance or management accounting
Exposure to international environments or exports industry beneficial
Strong technical accounting knowledge (budgeting, reporting, margins, reconciliations)
Proficiency on Accounting Software and advanced Excel
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
CA(SA) / Completed SAICA Articles OR CIMA qualified
