Management Accountant
Job Description
Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, and management reports to support decision-making
Ensure accurate reconciliations, journals, and financial records in line with best practice
Oversee cash flow, payments, and debtor management to maintain financial health
Support audit, tax, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
Provide costing, margin analysis, and reporting to optimise profitability
Deliver timely financial insights to both finance and commercial teams
Maintain and improve systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Skills & Experience:
CA(SA) / Completed SAICA articles / CIMA qualified
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in finance or management accounting
Exposure to international environments or exports industry beneficial
Strong technical accounting knowledge (budgeting, reporting, margins, reconciliations)
Proficiency on Accounting Software and advanced Excel
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
CA(SA) / Completed SAICA Articles OR CIMA qualified
