Job Summary Gr 12/Grain Milling Tech (Maize/W-A); Fumigation; Grading; CompLit; Must be deadline driven/give attention to detail/ operate accurately/have strong problem solving/admin./communication/ analytical thinking/team skills. 5+ years of exp PLC milling systems of maize (& sorghum). Grain mill mngt/quality/extraction/ conditioning/milling gain/housekeeping/ admin /downtime/ production staff/ communicate settings to Superiors/deep cleaning as per schedule/compliance with policies/SOP/CIP/ OPRP's are managed effectively. Be part of Food Safety Management/Safety/Quality teams /sampling & testing raw materials as per SOP/traceability through milling process/milled to specs/compliance to FSSC 22 000 standards/quality/weight specs/mngt measuring equipment. Ensure mix back stock cntl using FIFO/infestation/ quality/ensure products packed out accordingly to packing/flushed as per flushing SOP. Comply to milling divide and set/maintain mill accordingly/plant must be dust/air/spillage/water leakage free/optimum equipment. efficiency with job card system at all times. Report to Ops Mngr.
