Maintenance Technician

Role overview

Creative and talented Maintenance Technician to join the Technical/Maintenance & Repairs team.

The candidate must be a motivated, ambitious creative thinker with strong technical skills, and a good understanding of frontend/backend structures.

Duties

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on FMCG bottling machinery and equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled systems.

Monitor machine performance to identify and rectify issues before breakdowns occur.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.

Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.

Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery.

Provide technical support and guidance to junior maintenance staff if applicable.

Requirements

Relevant Degree in the field.

5+ years' experience working as a web designer in an online agency.

Highly skilled in HTML, CSS, CMS, React or Angular and responsive Web Design.

Good knowledge of back/front-end structures and coding.

Excellent knowledge of:

o Adobe Photoshop,

o Illustrator,

o Visual Studio or Dreamweaver,

o Bitbucket or Github.

Have in-depth knowledge of Online and Digital processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R15000,00 - R40000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Johannesburg North, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

web designs : 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

HTML, CSS, CMS, Web Design, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

50% (Preferred)
