Maintenance Technician

Requirements:

35 years experience in plastics manufacturing (injection/blow moulding or film blowing)
Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills; electrical/hydraulic experience a plus
Ability to work independently without support staff
Proficient in MS Office; excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair injection moulding machinery and ancillary equipment (e.g., dryers, chillers, conveyors)
Perform mould, vehicle, forklift, and basic building maintenance
Minimise downtime and keep accurate maintenance records
Collaborate with production teams on scheduling
Adhere to health and safety regulations
