SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Maintain assets in accordance with common technical practice and manufacturers' requirements to ensure right equipment reliability. Follow local, regional, segment, and Group (especially HSEQ), requirements, objectives and guidelines for how the work shall be performed.
Responsibilities:
Execute maintenance tasks following the standards and procedures ensuring the right quality in the most effective way.
Register required data linked to workorders to CMMS.
Support the operation and quality of Jotun's property and production equipment.
Actively participate in root cause analysis of reoccurring and critical breakdowns and failures.
Actively participate in Safe Job Analysis and follow the requirements given in the Work Permit.
Support engineering projects with documentation for electrical and mechanical drawings.
Support the Commission process for new assets based on the requirement HSEQ- and engineering standards
Give inputs for data updates in the Matrix Maintenance System, with focus on PM actions, Standard Jobs and spare part lists.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
What we are looking for:Grade 12
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
3-5 years of relevant experience
Previous Fitting & Turning experience advantageous
Good command of verbal and written communication skills - English
