Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Immediately report workplace accidents or injuries.
  • Adhere to safe handling and storage protocols for tools and equipment.
  • Identify and report hazardous conditions or unsafe practices.
  • Follow procedures for handling hazardous materials per company policy.
  • Stay alert to unauthorized individuals on the premises.
  • Complete necessary safety training and obtain certifications.
  • Use appropriate protective gear and proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
  • Ensure guest and employee privacy and security.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Safeguard company tools, equipment, and assets.
  • Comply with company and departmental policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain a professional and hygienic appearance.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as directed.
  • Greet guests warmly with a smile and eye contact.
  • Listen attentively and respond effectively to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and preferences.
  • Offer professional, prompt, and courteous service.
  • Assist colleagues to ensure efficient service coverage.
  • Show genuine appreciation and provide a warm farewell.
  • Use clear and professional language when speaking with guests and colleagues.
  • Store flammable materials in compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines.
  • Conduct routine maintenance, including tightening fixtures and replacing bulbs.
  • Repair and construct woodwork such as partitions, doors, and furniture.
  • Utilize Lockout/Tagout procedures before performing maintenance.
  • Re-key locks as needed.
  • Report significant maintenance issues, irregularities, or safety concerns immediately.
  • Install and repair laminates and other finishes.
  • Construct, install, and restore walls, partitions, drywall, wallpaper, millwork, and decorative finishes.
  • Execute rough framing for doors, windows, and cabinetry.
  • Place orders, process requisitions, obtain approvals, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Load, transport, and unload materials using elevators and hand trucks.
  • Must have 2+ years supervisory level experience
