Job SummaryHire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency in the Mining Industry is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Scheduler to join their client's team, in the Northern Cape. As a Maintenance Scheduler, you will coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and effective operation of mining equipment and machinery.You will work closely with maintenance teams, production teams, and other stakeholders to develop and execute maintenance schedules, allocate resources, and monitor the progress of maintenance activities.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with maintenance teams, production teams, and other stakeholders to develop and execute maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials for maintenance activities.
• Allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to maintenance activities.
• Track and monitor the progress of maintenance activities to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Review and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
• File all maintenance schedules and documents.
• Compile and develop new schedules for teams.
• Reschedule and update all uncompleted and new maintenance tasks and align with budgetary requirements.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• 5 years of experience in planned maintenance systems
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Benefits

• Salary: R550K/yr - R750K/yr
