Work Order Management
Inventory & Resource Management -
Technical documentation & compliance -
Analysis & Continuous Improvement -
Collaboration & Communication - Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and H&S teams to align maintenance activities with the factory's operational goals
Prepare detailed work scope for each task
Review completed work orders for quality and completion
Coordinate procurement to source necessary materials, ensuring cost effectiveness.
Track and report maintenance KPI's such as equipment availability, mean time between failures (MTBF), and maintenance backlog
Prepare monthly reports on maintenance performance,
Establish targets for maintenance productivity and cost reduction
