Maintenance Planner
Job Description
Support Maintenance and Engineering services by ensuring optimum plant and equipment availability according to technical requirements and standards. This will be achieved through recording and analysing factory downtime data and generating the necessary maintenance schedules. Procurement of the necessary spare parts to execute planned maintenance interventions as well as maintaining critical spare levels. The Maintenance Planner will also be required to ensure that all legal and other requirements are adhered to and documentation of these are kept up-to-date.
Grade 12 and or Matric
Trade tested and qualified as a Fitter, or Fitter & Turner.
A National Diploma in Mechanical engineering would be advantageous.
Prior experience in procurement and maintenance systems.
MS Office proficient with advanced excel knowledge
