Job Summary :

Analyse captured data and generate reports and graphs as required by management.
Create maintenance schedules and generate work orders
Maintain parts inventory and critical spare parts identification
Create procedural manuals that explain how to do certain tasks
Estimate costs of labor and parts for industrial equipment
Adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work
Assist and support maintenance manager
Serve as a liaison between maintenance and operations
Maintain records and files essential to maintenance management (Legal compliance files)
Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors
Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the organizationxe2x80x99s maintenance goals
Basic understanding of OPEX and CAPEX budget
Record and update skill matrix and RADAR Charts files for Artisans, Technicians; Specialists
Good understanding of OHS Act legal requirements

Job Requirements:

Grade 12
N6 / Diploma/Degree in Maintenance Management/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with maintenance planning background
Minimum 3 years production and maintenance planning ideally within an automotive manufacturing environment
Minimum 3 years maintenance experience as an artisan/Technician.
Experience with CMMS i.e SAP/Maximo/Uptime
