Qualifications & Knowledge
- Matric
- Trade certificate
- Must not be colour-blind
- Must have 1 year experience working in a similar environment
- Experience in packaging, printing, extrusion and chiller plant will be an advantage
- Must be able to read and understand mechanical/electrical drawing
- Fault finding on pneumatic systems in printers and bag manufacturing machines.
- Repairs on pneumatic pumps in printers.
- Replacing of pneumatic valves.
- Installation of pneumatic systems.
- Follow established systems, policies, and procedures.
- Adhere to Health and safety regulation.
- Housekeeping.
- Report problems to Management.
- Attend to standby duties
- Attend to mechanical/electrical breakdowns
- Attend to mechanical/electrical maintenance
