Maintenance Manager
Job Description
W are assisting our client in the Food Manufacturing industry in the search for a Maintenance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations, ensuring optimal equipment functionality and minimal production downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring high levels of efficiency and safety.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies to reduce breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Manage maintenance budgets, contracts, and external service providers.
Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to improve operational performance.
Requirements:
Relevant engineering qualification (Mechanical/Electrical).
Minimum 5 years' experience in a maintenance management role within a manufacturing environment, preferably food production.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Proven track record of managing preventative maintenance systems and cost-effective solutions.
