Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal production uptime.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.
Implement and manage a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to streamline maintenance operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage risk assessments and audits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance strategies and asset reliability.
Requirements:
Proven track record in a Maintenance Manager or similar role within a Food production/Poultry environment * Diploma or Degree in Engineering
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience managing maintenance budgets and CAPEX projects..
