Job Purpose:

Responsible for Installation, operation, maintenance, modification, service and repair of electrical systems, equipment and fixtures in accordance with applicable electrical industry codes.

Qualifications

:

3-5 years' experience in a Maintenance role A thorough knowledge of and be able to carry out, R & M relating to carpentry, Painting and Plumbing and Electrical installations. Trade certificates will be advantageous. Grade 12 Valid driver's license

Experience Required:

three years'

experience dealing with the following:

Responsible for upholding and maintaining the Companies properties, facilities and its related infrastructure, including equipment and tools. Able to coordinate and communicate on all levels. Plan, schedule and successfully execute maintenance tasks or assignments. To follow performance standards, maintain and ensure efficient operation of buildings, its services and equipment.
To report monthly on stock and inventory i.e., all materials, hardware, consumables, and tools.

Adhere to industry and company standards and correct any deviations. Exposure and knowledge of the OHSA standards and compliance.

Technical and Behavioural competencies required:

Sound knowledge of maintenance procedures and protocols in the building and property industry. Personal/Professional Attributes Team player with positive attitude, enthusiasm, and emotional control
Self-disciplined and able to work under pressure.

Willing to help and assist in all departments, as and when needed. Mature and responsible Ability to take initiative and problem solve.

Specific Job Requirements

This role involves working on weekends and after hours as and when required by the business needs.
