Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance & Grounds Support to help keep our premise clean, well-maintained, and looking great. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working both indoors and outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is happy to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
General Maintenance (in collaboration with Maintenance Manager):
Assist with basic repairs and upkeep of the building and surrounding facilities Support planned maintenance activities and ad-hoc repair tasks Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Help with setup and movement of equipment or materials when required
Gardening:
Maintain flower beds, planters, and garden areas Weeding, watering, pruning, and seasonal planting Keep pathways and outdoor green areas neat and tidy
Outdoor Cleaning:
Sweep walkways, entrances, parking areas, and outdoor spaces Remove litter, leaves, and debris daily
Requirements:
Previous experience in gardening, cleaning, or general maintenance (advantageous but not essential) Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance tasks Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and doing manual labour Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently Good attention to detail and pride in your work
