Job Summary Afrikaans/English speaking N.D./N6 Mech.Eng./Millwright/ Refrigeration Tech.; Supervision;Fire Fighting/First Aid;MS Office; CMMS; 6-10 years of exp. as Millwright of which 2 years as Maintenance Foreman in cold chain food processing and packing plant on Mechanical/Ammonia Refrigeration/Packaging/scales/ automation maintenance/repairs; maint. strategy/plan operations budget/CAPEX/ROI/critical spares/liaise contractors/monitor the equipment to minimise down time and optimise production/ managing projects; train/I.R./delegate/liaise Maintenance Planner/OEE/CI/ availability/process cntl equipment specs/ audits/document control, cntl Time and Motion studies/ layout/Food Safety Management Systems/Safety Health Environment Risk & Quality/security/adhere to greasing/oiling schedules/inspect parts to ensure they meet specs.
