As we continue to expand and modernize our production capabilities, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Fitter to support our operations and ensure maximum uptime and efficiency across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment used in rubber band manufacturing.
Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Install and commission new equipment and machinery as required.
Ensure machinery operates at optimal performance through proactive maintenance schedules.
Maintain detailed maintenance records and adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements:
Trade Tested Fitter or equivalent mechanical qualification.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar maintenance fitter role, preferably within a rubber, plastics, or manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to work under pressure and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Willingness to work shifts and be on standby for emergency repairs when required.
