Maintenance Engineer

Job Description
Your areas of responsibility:
Coordination of maintenance employees and contractors in the performance of maintenances tasks. Development and execution of Plant Maintenance strategy to ensure plant reliability, regulatory compliance and good quality manufacturing practices while maintaining safe working conditions. Appointment to GMR 2(7) and assist the Maintenance Manager in execution of legal compliance interventions. Support the production teams in delivery of the production plan, to ensure good quality products are delivered to the customer on time and in full. Lead problem solving efforts and Maintenance projects to improve plant performance.
Qualifications and skills we are looking for:
Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering Degree (BSc, BEng or BTech) or similar. 5 to 10 years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. 3 to 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Excellent knowledge of maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment. Basic knowledge of industrial automation hardware.
