MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
POSITION INFO:
MAINTENANCE ENGINEER - Bellville, Cape Town - R50 000 to R60 000 CTC

What Were Looking For:
Minimum B.Tech in
Senior Certificate / Grade 12
5+ years relevant experience (steel manufacturing advantageous)
Proven leadership in managing artisan teams
Own reliable transport
Your Mission (Key Responsibilities):
Ensure all equipment uptime, maintenance schedules, and performance KPIs are met
Lead a high-performing maintenance team, set priorities, and solve technical challenges
Drive process improvements and cost control measures
Provide technical insight, analyze data, and generate innovative solutions
Train and develop your team in safe, effective maintenance practices
You Bring:
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting ability
Advanced numeracy and data interpretation skills
Bilingual (Afrikaans & English) with top-tier communication and people skills
Strategic thinking with a knack for managing under pressure
Hours:
07:00 16:00, Monday to Friday
