Maintenance Electrician
Job Description
Job Summary The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for facilities, equipments used to produce and run to their maximum efficiency and output. This includes preventive maintenance, managing breakdowns of electro-mechanical, electronic and robotic systems (including software programming). Carry out repairs under his ability to help the team to complete tasks. This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. Minimum Requirements: Electrician Red seal. Plant level experience with proven maintenance experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Job Requirements: Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site. Ensure routine maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automation/programming systems are done Perform root cause analysis and propose/resolve problems. Identify improvement opportunities. Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements Maintenance function in providing both a reactive and pro-active, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities Responsible for planned maintenance work scheduled and unscheduled and timely completion of work carried out. Increase plant operational effectiveness, reduction of mean time between failures and Provide technical expertise to the team.
