Purpose of Role: To provide maintenance planning and preventive maintenance planning.

Key Responsibilities:Establish and maintain all maintenance schedules for all plant equipment at HBF. Ensure that all preventative checks are done on time, e.g. load tests on all lifting devices, pressure test on all pressure vessels etc. Ensure that all maintenance records are kept and filed as per company policy, Manage stock levels in maintenance store. Arrange and expedite all maintenance purchase orders as well as all subcontracted work. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:Qualified Artisan with three to five years related experience or relevant technical qualification with three to five years' experience. Basic understanding and/or have worked on preventative maintenance systems. Experience in other trades (electrical, mechanical or instrumentation). Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
