Job Description


Job Summary:A Maintenance Coordinator performs, plans, directs, coordinates and controls all maintenance requests in the area of responsibility to ensure proper Operation, Safety, Sanitation and other functions to facilitate customer satisfactionDuties/Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities and process work assignments.
  • Fields support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from Store with inquiries
  • Consults with Store to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.
  • Guide Store through the diagnostic and troubleshooting processes
  • Communicate directly with service providers, vendors, and maintenance contractors to schedule repairs, servicing, preventive maintenance, and other projects
  • Maintaining all records and logs daily including ticket/vendor follow ups
  • Evaluation of quotes from service providers to determine suitability, accuracy and fairness
  • Assist with invoice loading, tracking and approval
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Professional and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and service providers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of technical subjects
