Job Description


Our client has an opportunity available for a Maintenance Coordinator.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • 2+ years work experience in a similar position.
  • 2+ years work experience in administration.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Matric
  • Diploma in Administration.
  • Maintenance software knowledge.
  • Computerised maintenance management system experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct planned maintenance scheduling, update schedule and sign off on completed schedules.
  • Update daily breakdown reports and graphs before management meeting.
  • Analyse the monthly maintenance budget to consolidate monthly reports.
  • Liaise with maintenance stores to ensure spare parts are available before planning any work.
  • Create all new equipment on the system.
  • Create PM schedules and create new PM jobs.
  • Create, plan, update and close all miscellaneous work orders.
  • Fill and maintain all maintenance documentation.
  • Responsible for timekeeping for the entire maintenance team.
