Mainframe Specialist
Job Description
Assist with daily operations and maintenance of the Mainframe environment and providing consulting services.
Mainframe hardware monitoring
Day to day operating system support
Networking
Disaster recovery operations support
Preventive Service Planning (PSP) maintenance and support calls
Matric / Grade 12
Relevant Certifications
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Mainframe Specialist
Proven experience with operations and maintenance in Mainframe, CICS (Customer Information Control System) orzVM and zLinux environment
Experience with Disaster Recovery planning and execution for Mainframe environments.
Familiarity with PSP maintenance
Between 3 - 5 Years
