The Role

• System installation, start-up and commissioning of our robot vision system at customer site in the Automotive industry
• Service, maintenance, system checks, optimization of installed systems and customer trainings
• System analysis and troubleshooting
• Technical sales support
• Synergy between Service operations and Service Sales
• Product Sales and Service Operations
• Projects and Service operations

What we expect of you?

• Technician or degree in the field of machine vision, automation technology, robotics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering
• Experience in manufacturing/automation environment (preferably motor vehicle) and working with projects.
• Excellence in field engineering and customer service
• Excellent interpersonal communication skill with customers, colleagues
• Mobility and willingness to frequent travel
• Technical sales ability.
• Some experience in AutoCad an advantage.
• Excellent command of English, verbally and in writing, is a must. A good knowledge customer expectations and cross-functional synergy. Software skills e.g. MS Office software's, SAP, CRM.
• Valid driver's license.
• Dynamic, result oriented and self-motivating personality with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Good organizational, planning and follow up skills.
• Team player and open-minded personality, with the ability to listen to people.
• Strong customer and quality focus with ability to keep commitments, seek feedback and continuously drive customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to cooperate and communicate efficiently with colleagues and business partners.
