Machine Shop Supervisor (falcon)
Job Description
To supervise the manufacturing of machined steel components for agricultural equipment by co-ordinating staff activities, organising and monitoring work flow and output. This involves processes like cutting, preparing raw material, machining, splining, inspecting, final assembling and testing of finished products.

Maintenance and Housekeeping
Quality Assurance
Administration
Experience: At least 5 years experience working in a production environment and additional 3 years working as a supervisor or in a leadership position.
Qualification: National Senior Certificate and past trade test (Turner).
