Job Description


Mabondela Forestry, a forestry and charcoal business near Greytown, is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to work full day.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) managing appointments and meetings; screening phone calls, emails and other correspondence; organising business records, files and documents; preparing agendas, materials, and minutes for meetings; monthly creditors & debtors statement reconciliation; stock management for supplies.

Qualifications / Experience / Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (preferably with Maths & Accountancy)
  • Tertiary qualification preferable
  • Strong Computer Skills (Knowledge of Google Drive an advantage)
  • +/- 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Stable work record
  • Fluent in English / Afrikaans / conversational Zulu, an advantage
  • Would only suit a neat, well organised and proactive person
  • Driver's license and own transport essential
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to work occasional extended hours
