Job Summary




We are seeking a highly enthusiastic, motivated, and digitally-savvy Junior Digital Specialist to join our innovative team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual with 0-2 years of experience who is eager to launch their career in the dynamic world of digital. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members, gaining invaluable hands-on experience, supporting various digital projects, and contributing to L'Oreal's overarching digital strategy. Key Responsibilities



Digital Project Support:




Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of various digital projects and campaigns across different brands and categories.

Content & Asset Management:




Support the creation, curation, and management of digital content and assets, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to guidelines.

Research & Analysis:




Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, and consumer insights to inform digital strategies.

Performance Monitoring:




Help monitor and track the performance of digital initiatives, campaigns, and platforms using relevant analytical tools, and assist in preparing performance reports.

Collaboration & Communication:




Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, brand, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of digital plans. Participate actively in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews.

Platform & Tool Proficiency:




Learn and utilize various digital tools and platforms; CRM systems relevant to the role.

Learning & Development:




Continuously seek opportunities to enhance digital skills, stay updated with best practices, and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

Ad-hoc Support:




Provide general administrative and project support to the digital team as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Educational Background:




Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience:




0-2 years of experience in a digital role, including internships, relevant coursework, personal projects, or volunteer work.

Digital Acumen:




A strong understanding of the digital landscape, including social media platforms, search engines, websites, and emerging digital trends.

Technical Aptitude:




Familiarity with basic digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools, content management systems).


A willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies is crucial.

Communication Skills:




Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.

Problem-Solving & Detail-Oriented:




Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and solve problems effectively.

Initiative & Adaptability:




Proactive, self-starter with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
