Vacancy available:

A transport start up is in search of a rising star within the logistics industry.

Position: Logistics Specialist Intern

1-3 years of experience within the logistics industry

-Temp to perm

-This will be an in-office and remote role and the company will provide assets as needed (cell phones, data etc.)

Based in Cape Town

Spec:

-Corporate Transport - Site and Driver Management

-Analysing trips and bookings needed on a daily basis for clients.

-Working with your team on a detailed level to ensure all trips are completed correctly.

-Managing flow of drivers needed per site

-Liaising with clients (when required);

-Ensuring accurate information is exchanged with clients in an accepted format.

-Dealing with client and site queries.

-Tracking Trips

Compliance:

-Ensuring vehicles and driver documents are in order

-Ensuring vehicles and drivers are online and operational.

-Follow up on any incidents.

General:

Weekly & monthly reporting

Invoicing
