Job Description
Our client in the Logistics Industry has a vacancy available for a "Operations Leader - Day Shift". Position is based in PE. Salary: R14 000 - R17 000 pm depending on experience.
Duties:
- Leadership
- Operations (including linehaul)
- Customer Services
- Route planning & analysis
- PODs
- Fleet
- Matric / Tertiary education / relevant work experience
- Strong Leadership skills and experience
- Problem solving, decision making, proactive planning
- Extensive Courier industry OPS & Linehaul experience
- Freightware knowledge & experience
- Good interpersonal, communication & teambuilding skills
- Good relationship building (staff, customers, branches, suppliers)
- Admin ability / experience
- Valid driver's license and own car (essential)
- PC Experience (E-mail/Word/Excel)
