JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring that our supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing directly to the success of our production processes.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of logistics principles and practices within the automotive sector, with proven ability to manage complex supply chains effectively.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the full logistics process, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management

Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness

Coordinate material and product flows between suppliers, manufacturing facilities, and customers

Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve logistics operations to support production requirements

Manage and control logistics budgets, ensuring operations remain cost-efficient

Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies

Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and quality teams to support smooth operations

Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and scheduling to align logistics with business needs

Manage supplier and third-party logistics (3PL) relationships to ensure reliable service delivery

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field

Minimum 5 years' proven experience in logistics management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.

COMPETENCIES:

Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including transportation, warehousing, material handling, and inventory control

Proficiency in logistics systems and MS Office Suite

Experience in managing budgets, contracts, and supplier negotiations

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
